We stayed at a hotel in Three Rivers for 4 nights and saw the advertisement card for trail rides.  Called the number and left detailed message two days in a row.  Looked up website and emailed request also.  Drove by property, gate had OPEN sign, proceeded to the Office and no one was available and there was not a sign or note about when to return.  Very disappointed that we were unable to ride.  The next closest trail rides were 2 hours up the mountain.  Poor customer service.
