I got the worst haircut ever at this place. My partner and I had just moved to the Oakland area. We both have short hair and were looking for a trims. Although the service was friendly it seemed to me that my hair dresser had NEVER cut hair before in her life. She butchered my hair and my remaining highlights make me look like a cheetah. My partner looked like she didn't get her hair cut at all. Both sylists cut hair like they're lumberjacks - blunt, erratic and without any style whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Who ever cut my hair, I dont even think she should have a license to do such horrible things to a persons hair. I just wanted to get some layers and an inch and a half off my length and this girl practically didnt even cut my hair and they charge 30 for that! My shampoo sucked, the cut sucked even more, and then!!! I have straight smooth hair and this girl blow dryed my hair for like 20 minutes with no brush(so it turned all poofy) and then pulled out a HUGE roller brush, who does that anymore? S o basically my hair looked like I was out of the 90"s this place sucks! And she blow dryed my hair like that just to hide the fact that she didnt even cut my hair. She tried to diguise the fact that she didnt cut my hair with a hideous blowdry style, I am used to salons that give great cuts so u dont even need to break out the gigantic roller brush and this salon sucks. Thats all i can say.
