I am really happy with Hedi as my hair stylist. She is very professional and so is the staff. The salon is always clean and prices are reasonable.

I did not like my experience here. Someone told me to come in at 1:30 And then when I got there she told me that I did not speak to anyone there, I showed her the history on my call log, I called at 9:29am and she told me it was her sister (who doesn't work there) whom I spoke with and that it wasn't an appointment and I would have to schedule an appointment for  another day because they are really busy at the momment. Why make another appointment if it is not taken seriously. I had a horrible experience and now I'm having a bad hair day!
