This location has the best customer service I have ever experienced! The girls are always super nice and friendly and I am always happy with the quality of service that they provide. They listen to any questions/concerns you may have and provide customer service that is polite and professional. I would highly recommend this place to others looking to receive spa services. Looking forward to going back!

I have been going to Spring Mist since they opened and have had amazing experiences with all of the services I have received there. Sara and her staff are beyond friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the products and services they offer. I highly recommend Spring Mist Spa!

EDITED: Initially, I gave this business a poor review because of the extensive wait times. I have amended my review following a phone call from the owner. She called to apologize for my poor experience and offered a fair explanation. It's rare for a business owner to take the time to personally call their customers and I truly appreciate her reaching out to me. I did have the opportunity to visit this spa, successfully, a few years ago. I found the owner to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about her products. It's a small business, with a loyal following. Hopefully, I can visit the spa again for services.

Great prices and customer service! I’ve been going here for the past year to have my eyebrows threaded and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The ladies are always so friendly.

just left my nail appointment with the ugliest looking manicure. at this point i was just so annoyed i did not even want to go back to get it fixed. i booked an appointment with pam but somehow ended up with sarah who was trying to pawn me off to someone else so she could do her regular. this whole visit was terrible. My nails are so thick and lumpy with shellac on my skin. I trusted the reviews enough to try this out for myself but never again. worst experience
