Hands down Caitlin Wiles cares about the customer. Caitlin's outstanding patients catered to this  household to satisfy the wife and husband, (LOL you know those customers)  the husband needs were very small but the wives were very large for all good reasons, a local business lady that spends 90 % of time in her car.. wanted, needed the best, safe and comfortable and of course the classiest....  with low payments .....  Caitlin spent time test driving and providing payments options with a no pressure caring approach which resulted in 2 very very satisfied customers..  Thank you Caitlin & Key Honda

First of all this WAS Shearer Honda on Route 7 South. Very surprised by the buy over being  their sales have remained consistently high. They were great & accommodating. I must say it was a team effort  so I can't give one person credit all I can say is it seems all of sales is very knowledgeable and on top of things. Anytime I have a question about the car I'm able to stop by and Mike Galliano always is very helpful, answering and helping me with anything I need. Quick to return phone calls. I hope service is as good as sales. Will update when I have my first experience with them.

Excellent customer service.  From the sales to finance - everyone was really helpful and transparent.  They even made sure to engage the kids while we were there.  Strongly recommend a visit to these guys if you are looking for a new or used car.
