This is a great dealership if you want to buy a car. They have both new and used vehicles and a huge selection to choose from. The salesman that greeted me when I walked through the door was a marine veteran named Dutch. He made my vehicle buying experience an amazing one. I drove two and a half hours away to buy a car I saw online, I bought a 2013 Dodge Challenger after taking it for a test drive I fell in love with it I drove back to the dealership as he greeted me at the door. He was very polite very informative and told me he would do what he could to get me in that vehicle. Dutch was very truthful and help me afford what I wanted. I would recommend this dealership too many of my friends even though the drive was two and a half hours away I believe not only my friends but others would benefit. Although I do have to drive two and a half hours away for them to apply a package I bought that covers my exterior paint job I feel that it is worth it. I want to thank this dealership for making my car buying experience a smooth and not tense buying experience. Again Dutch Is an amazing salesman it will help you get what you want I would recommend him as soon as you walk in the door.

Heidi was amazing. After looking at a few trucks within my price range, she showed me one that had all the bells and whistles, but slightly above what I wanted to pay. Then despite being told the price could not be adjusted further, she kept pursuing until we had a price I could work with. She has also kept in contact with multiple phone calls to make sure I am satisfied with my new truck. I highly recommend working with Heidi at Springfield Buick GMC.

Donna was FANTASTIC! She worked with me to find the perfect vehicle for me at a price in my range. It took multiple days but she never gave up. She was polite, honest and helpful. Donna has reached out to make sure I am enjoying my new car and has answered all questions so far. This is the second vehicle my husband and I have bought from Donna!

First car my wife has purchased in her life that the dealership stood behind the vehicle they sold her. Jus took it in for an oil change w a battery problem on her 2016 certified pre-owned GMC Acadia and even tho the battery wasn't covered under any of the warranties we have on the vehicle their service team kept us up-to-date on the services and the time line of completion and being that we had called right after we purchased the vehicle concerned about the rate of charging on the dash they covered the battery for us. Five stars all the way! Great job will return even w vehicles not purchased here!

It was an extemely pleasant and accommodating experience, everyone there was nice, especially the salesperson I worked with, went by the name ”Dutch” he took the time to make sure I found the suv I wanted, and was very patient for the 6 hours we spent there being indecisive on colors, models, etc. overall it was a great experience. Nobody beats the big deal, and I honestly feel I couldn’t have gotten more a bargain on our new GMC Acadia. just wish there was a Springfield automart closer to me, because now I want a remote starter installed, but don’t want to take an hour drive when I have aldermans right in my back yard with the same pricing...
