I am a 2016 XC90 owner out of town on my skip trip there, I suspect there is a nail in my tire as it's losing pressure fast, I saw this dealership from fast away, and decided to give it a shot and ready to pay the dealer price for any fix.  The manager told me they could do inspect and repair, but he highly recommended another tire shop about 5 miles away who would do this quick and for FREE.  Thanks for the tip!

We spend much time in Rutland, though we do not reside there. Last August, our 2016 XC90 air conditioning was coming on for a few seconds & then turning itself off. On our way out of town we stopped at Volvo Cars Rutland—without an appointment—and they not only took our car in for repair—they found the problem, repaired it, and got the car back to us in 2 hours. Phenomenal!!

This repair required removing the driver’s seat, removing the “double floor” beneath the drivers seat, replacing a leaking drain-tube, cleaning electrical connections that were being soaked by the leaking tube, & putting the floors & seat back in the XC90. We were amazed they even found the problem, but to make such an arduous repair within 2 hours was unbelievable. 

And everybody was very nice on top of the high-quality repair. We’ve had no further issues with air conditioning or heating.
