Amazing and very knowledgeable! They really know their reptiles! I can ask anything and they never look or talk to me as if I am stupid! I love that they teach you all you need to know before you get a pet from them! They are awesome! All reptiles are well kept! ❤️

Jeff is always knowledgeable and makes sure you have a good understanding of any animal you might wanna buy and never tries to upsell unnecessary accessories. He also provides pet sitting which is great since finding someone to care for reptiles if u ever go on a trip can be hard. Great store to visit for education and first time owners and a great resource for veteran reptile owners!

Jeff is great.. he helped my kids 11 and 7 to pick out the best reptile for their first pet according to experience and personality. Most people don't take the time to know their customers like he does. Based on my kids commitment and personality, they decided on a crested gecko.. awesome pet.. thanks jeff
