I have been taking ALL my show dogs here for years!! All staff is gentle,  kind and caring! Michelle is the most beautiful person!! My first time here and I'm disappointed. After getting home and looking at my Yorkie I noticed the fur under his eyes was not clean. Still goopy from the normal eye discharge. The other thing that is bothersome is the expectation of a tip before you see your pet. The gal rang me up and asked if I wanted to add the tip. Felt pressured so I did. Afterward I saw my dog and didn't think the work was tip worthy. Very nice staff.

Better than petco or petsmart in terms of quality, can be a little expensive, staff are nice,  they give your dog a little bandana after every session

I'm a new customer walked in with my French bulldog didnt have a appointment and they took her right away great customer service great people will be taking all my pets here for sure
