Got some gas here today.It's a nice clean gas station with a car wash.My wife washed her car here and said it was fine.The guy behind the counter inside is a friendly fellow with a twinkle in his eye.

Took my classic 67 chevy truck through the car wash it tpre the mirror of abd dented my truck. They told me tough shit.

If you work in any buildings south of Valley Centre Drive the convenience of having a gas station, chipotle, starbucks, oil change, cleaners AND car wash is kind of brilliant. 

Without lumping in the Chipotle and Starbucks which aren’t part of the Shell building it’s pretty awesome.

The car wash is open till like 7, so just be sure to get your car in by 6:30. I recommend the membership for pricing discounts as sometimes if your nice they’ll give it to you without, but may as well make sure. The wash is not fast, the dry is not fast, the work is only ok. Price is ok. When you include an oil change, and gas you kinda overlook that the oil change is overpriced and the gas is too, but hey it’s so close to Del Mar you probably will understand. 

I’ve been getting groupon Valvoline oil changes for years now, Costco gas half the time and the cheapest wash elsewhere to save $, but time IS money and who knows if 10% is worth multiple trips.

Solid drinks selection and snacks, but that med grill inside kinda kills the STARK Shell vibe I’m used to. Staff could be much nicer.

Tip: be Johnny on the spot when your car is ready, don’t lollygag or go back to Del Mar.

The curb between Shell and Denny's should be painted.  It's hard to see it at night
