Hotel Staff get's five stars. The fact that I can't control the temperature in my room in late fall, gives this place one star. You shouldn't have to buy your own space heater just to get a good nights sleep. Insects are a norm in the rooms. Full size bedding, and most of the showers will leak. It's really time for some renovation.

We had a one-night stay while traveling on official business. The rooms were very nice. Don't forget your orders if TDY, they'll want to see them.

Only reason it's two and not one star is because of the front desk... Cockroaches, crickets, spiders in my room everytime I come to visit.waking up to grasshoppers on your sheets isn't something I'm used to... That and the AC is down over half the time I stay here... Definitely something I wish could improve but it honestly feels like the entire building is just too old and needs a major renovation.

Good luck to anyone on TDY. I got a nice room on the second floor in Bldg 1601 but bathrooms are shared. There is a bus stop, laundry room, good DFAC, & gym nearby. The help desk was great, the rooms are clean with TV, dehumidifier, & WiFi. Lots of bugs in the area, I had crickets in my room just not as bad as the other review.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Provided maps for all the important base landmarks, gym, commissary ECT. Great experience!!
