From far away, the building looks plain right? But when you go inside you immediately can sense the fanciness and luxury of the place. There is a grand staircase and a bunch of miss America stuff. The rooms are pretty good. They are very clean and luxurious. The service is great and everyone is friendly. If I was going to Atlantic City again, I would definitely go back here.

Check in was easy, but the bathroom had numerous issues, which they fixed and waived the parking fee. We had two double beds in which one was shorter (height wise) than the other, which was unusual. Parking is a pain as you have to go outside to walk back, which wasn't fun as the real feel was below zero at night during our stay. They have a walkway which isn't really accessible as it'll be faster just walking from the outside. The lobby is nice with a lot of Miss America pageant related outfits and items.

The staff and overall appearance was as expected. The problems I noticed were in the guest room where the bathroom toilet sprayed water every time it flushed and the lighting in the bathroom was not very bright or well maintained. My wife had to do her makeup and hair during on the floor in the room in front of the mirror as a result of the lighting. The other area I noticed a problem was in the indoor pool area. The odor caused from the oxidation tells me that they have either poor circulation of fresh air or someone is improperly maintaining the pool. The office was nauseating. The last thing I thought was strange is the location does not offer free parking for their guests. You have to pay per day to park in their garage.

Had a room with a king bed. The walls were very thin so the next door people kept us awake and the sheet didn't cover the king bed so it would pull off during the night. Tv was very small. Shower was weak and sounded like it was going to rip through the wall. Great view and location

Located next to NJ transit and next to tanger outlet. We stayed at Thanksgiving day and checked in was smooth. The room is clean and neat. The only con is the breakfast buffet was lack of variety and food does not refill frequently. Overall I'm satisfied with the stay.
