My train arrived late so got to hotel after Midnight. Front desk person was friendly and helpful. I had a room with king size bed. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was noise from street, which really was not the Sheraton's fault. Put in my ear plugs and problem was solved. Room was wonderful.

This must be the hotel with the nicest outdoor pool in the city. We relaxed here for 2 days during our travel thru the mid and southwest. The rooms are flawless, as you would expect from a Sheraton. Breakfast was good, too. The buffet has a good choice of warm and cold food and there was a great variety of fresh fruits

Wonderful experience! Ryan is on point, helpful, clean and direct. José is cordial, kind, caring, professional and friendly, even at 3am. From the moment you arrive, even from the outside you can tell this is a nice place. Once you enter the smell is perfect. Very clean and open space. Very well-kept. Good job guys. Thank you for the pleasure of our meeting. It was nice to make your acquaintance.

Not family friendly. No bathrooms near the pool area. The page right now says free breakfast, this is incorrect. There is a pay-for buffet, which is fine I guess, but the food looks gross, even for an adult. May as well pay for a real breakfast somewhere close by. Building feels dark and old. Staff unfriendly and snobby . You work at a hotel, act like it. Your job is customer service. Deeply regret my choice.

Great decor and interior lobby layout. Reasonable award night redemption rates and great customer service by the staff. Late check-out (2 pm) was a nice plus and the hotel is conveniently located to the ski resorts by a 20 minute drive and is placed conveniently in downtown for good restaurant proximity. Overall no complaints and I would come back again. The Starbucks attached to the lobby wasn't we'll run and had issues with making any hot drinks when I visited. I would skip this and go out to a proper coffee place.
