I have been working with  Jon for the last 5 years. He has found the best tenants for us and we couldn't be happier. He takes the time to match the needs and  lifestyle of both the tenant and the landlord to assure a good match.  Jon has a great personality and is very easy to talk to. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My roommate and I had a great experience with the team at Shilalis. Both Jon and Ashley were quick to respond and provided us with great customer service. I appreciated that they were never pushy and really understood what we were looking for. In the end, they helped find a great place so I would definitely recommend working with them!

Jon was a delight to work with!  Solid, straight shooter, highly professional with a can do attitude!

He involves himself fully in his quest for a good outcome and devotes time to the process.  I am the executor of an estate which is usually a case when the buyer takes advantage of the situation.  Jon was a fierce defender of the value of the property as well as walking away when the deal was too complicated or did not meet expectation.  
He was realistic in his approach and delivered 5 star service to me!
I highly recommend Jon as a realtor.
