So I have been going to Dr. Hatchell for about two and a half years now. He treats me like a person and doesn't sugar coat anything just to make me feel better. I trust him and his staff to do what's best for me. The front desk folks are always fine as well. I couldn't recommend someone more.

Dr Hatchell is great, other than that, there are always hidden fee for medical fee that you are not expected, even it is like stuff should be covered 100% by the insurance.

My family has been going here for 8 or more years. We love the doctors that have helped us and find the nursing staff helpful and patient as well. The front office, however, has turned into something very unpleasant. The last visit I had, I made the appointment to see Dr pope and when I arrived an hour later, I was told I would see Dr. Hatchel. I questioned this because it was not what was stated on the phone and she told me I did not have to have an attitude with her and stared at me. After discussing my attitude and their increasing mistakes, I asked her to please drop it and finish the transaction. She stared at me some more and I asked for the office manager, Brittany. She completed the transaction and was very apologetic. When leaving, I did not want a confrontation, so I specifically waited for a kind woman that has been there for many years. She happily checked me out, and as I exited into the waiting area, the front desk lady began a very evil stare. I walked over and said, "The reason I have an attitude is because you stare at me like that. Have a beautiful day." She jumped up from her seat and started yelling, "No, you have the beautiful day. She needs to be removed from this practice." She said this to the office manager who came out when she heard her yelling at me. The office manager turned her back on me and allowed the other patients hear the woman yell at me. I am requesting my records from them and finding a new practice. I called today to see if an apology or explanation for being treated like an animal at the place I went for healing was forthcoming. It wasn't. Brittany notified me that the woman was 'reprimanded.' I will never walk in that building again with her as the welcoming committee. Save yourself the experience.p
