Had MRI of knees. Very professional & friendly staff.

 Disappointed about customer service here. I went there just for infection of my nail yesterday at 4:50pm. Simple thing! The nurse who took my information suck. She does not know what her job is. Lelf me deal with her job ... tier 1 or tier 2 on insurance for almost an hour. It was unkind n discourterious to treat their customer.

To be fair I havnt used these people.  I wont use these people.  I just tried to call them about getting X-rays done for another doctors office and the woman on the phone couldnt find the orders from my doctor so she got rude with me about it.  Then when I tried to determine how much it was going to be she WOULDNT TELL ME.  I asked how much it would be through private pay, no insurance, and she knew exatly what I needed to get done but refused to tell me.
Their website states that you pay for the X-rays, then for the radiologist, then you still have to pay for your doctor to look at it and to me their unwillingness to talk $$ makes me think they are scamming both individuals AND the insurance companies.
No wonder our insuance rates are sky high with companies not having set rates for anyone but billing as much as they can from everyone.
