I took my family there for Easter. The food was ok, nothing special. I was surprised when I got the bill. Almost $100 for 2 adults and 2 children. The prices was not poster anywhere. I talked to Matt, the head chef and he said the price was on the menu. We never received a menu. That was not a $100 buffet. I would have gone to Golden Corral and had a better selection.

My family and myself are semi-regular customers of the Shilo restaurant. We enjoy the food and the service is always fantastic. However, tonight our food was less than pleasant. The French fries were greasy and soggy and the hamburgers were barely warm. The resturant itself was even dirty. The bathrooms needed to be cleaned and there was a thick layer of black dust and dirt covering the ceiling air registers.

If I could give negative stars I absolutely would. Upon entering there was no one around to seat guests, so after seating ourselves at the bar the bar tender still took nearly 15 minutes to acknowledge us. This would have been understandable if there were more than about 5 people in the whole restaurant at the time. Food Was less than appealing as well.

Their prices are ridiculous for open buffet. The dishes were dirty and they refused to give discount to military family members. According to one staff member, they would go bankrupt if every military family member got a discount. I think it's ridiculous because a $22 dollar brunch per person with a 10 percent discount will not make a business go bankrupt. On top of that, for the price they charge the dishes should be well cleaned. Do not recommend.

Our second year hosting T'giving dinner at the Shiloh Inn's buffet. Great food and lots of it... prices are very reasonable with discounts for kids, teens, oldsters, and military... wait staff excellent w/out hovering... very personable turkey carver (hilarious and very sweet to a group of grey haired ladies)... all in all a great dinner with tons of options to suit any taste.
