We stopped because it looked ornate outside. Then we dined on the patio. Our server was so kind. We loved the steaks. Special secret  flavor plus prime local cut. Excellent 😊

The food was very good. The service was good. The ribeye was very good but it's a little pricey.

First time here and the experience was great! Brooke made us feel like we knew each other for years! The food was very delicious words don't do it justice! Can't wait for the patio to open!

From Colorado springs working staying here in Cortez have eaten at Shiloh twice in 2 weeks delicious rib eye very attentive kind employees all around nice place for a steak great atmosphere
