Our chef has over twenty years of experience in Indian restaurants from New York City to California, from Florida to Oregon, honing his skills and creating his own recipes. Chef Raju Singh learned his craft from Satnam Singh of Muglal, a noted Indian restaurant in New Jersey and 22-year friend of Raju.
