My Name is Eric Reitmeyer do not use sho-Me flooring I would recommend finding a trustworthy company for your flooring needs!  First i would like to say that rob and his son did a great job on the floors. I live in St. louis and have a lake house in branson while is was in town Rob asked my to pay him the full amount even though to vents were not cut in and one of the baseboards needed to be repaired.  Against my better judgement i paid Rob after 5 weeks  of promising to show up and put vents in floor and fix the baseboards. Robert agreed to reimbursement of fifty dollars for myself to finish the job.  That was three weeks ago no check and now he is not returning my phone calls. I'm sure you can find a trustworthy flooring company in the branson area besides Sho-Me flooring.

Scheduled an appointment for carpet repair and restretch 2 weeks in advance because company coming. Scheduled for Friday before company arrived at 9:00AM. Made it clear we had to be able to leave town by 1:00PM. Sho-Me called 10 min before scheduled time to tell me, "Something came up and he can't make it today." Rescheduled for Monday at 9:00AM. It is now 3:30PM and still no show. I've called them 5 times today. I was told by person who would do the work, "I have to stop by the shop to pick up my tools then I'll be right over." This was about 9:45AM today. Then, I'm told around 11:00 that someone is driving from Clinton 2-1/2 hours away, they must stop by the shop in Forsyth for tools then will be here about 2:30.

TOTALLY UNRELIABLE.

Customer service is top-notch. They aim to please and always do good work.

These two were terrific! Very friendly, extremely hard-working, efficient, and helpful. Our drier had so much lint buildup and we were clueless. Show-Me opened my eyes to the necessity and importance of cleaning out those ducts. We were a fire hazard until their help. 
Thank you so much for fixing our problem!
