I hate this store. There is never any workers there to help you. You have to go seek help and when you do. None of the workers have a good attitude or can help you with what you need. They just lie to you, so that they can quickly go back to playing in their cellphones. Also, I 99.9% always have to dig for shoes by myself! I'm so sorry the Mall of Louisiana shut Payless down for this ghetto store. SDE prices and products are good, but your workers are horrible. The worst so-called customer service ever. I hate having to go to this specific store.

The cashier refused to get me the size I wanted from the back. When I asked to speak to the manager she told me I could take my wetback ass out of the store. Never coming back here again.

Manager stood around and assisted a friend while multiple customers got no attention. Product I wanted to buy was in clearance but when the other shoe was located the manager for some reason decided that I should not be charged the sale price but rather the full price. 

(Revised) Owner contacted me and will be reviewing staff and policies.
