Great customer service. They helped me to find the right boot for my needs. Spent a lot of time to make sure the fit was perfect. Red Wing boots are of the highest quality.

don't think I'll go back to this store.  The salesman was nice enough,  but when I started asking which boot r shoes were best for flat feet he started walking around, went in the back,  he reappeared when another customer customer came  and started waiting on him, dropping me like a hot potato, I waited, made eye contact with him and he turned to the other customer, never speaking to me or telling me he would be with me shortly.  waited a few more minutes  looking at him as I walked out, he never acknowledged me again, needless no recommendation, not returning, perhaps no more RED WINGS.....

Man!!! customer service was the best that older guy need a raise I wish it was one of him in every store.

Very patient and friendly service. Great selection in store and they were able to special order me a pair. The most comfortable and long lasting boot I have ever owned. If you are in the market for a new pair of work boots, they will measure and make sure you are in the best pair for your feet.
