Couldn't even begin to tell you when the good employees work...
But there is a night/day staff thing.
You could possibly get a fantastic and/or NOT fantastic staff member.
We went once and watched a 'customer' steal shoes.
We told an employee, who truly did NOT care.

I blame minimum wage more than anything

Made the mistake of walking into your store on 10/27/17. 3 employees behind cash register stand. 1 watching videos on a phone and the other 2 playing catch across the store. Classy, real classy. Won't be returning.

We came to the shoe dept. for a sale. And the customer service is terrible. The employees are more focused on their phones than helping customers. We walked around the store for 15 mins before leaving and never once were we approached by an employee to see if we needed assistance.

Very disappointed in the customer service. The employees are to busy gossiping and beimg on their cell phones to acknowlegde anyone who walks in or out of the store. I have been in the store for 20 minutes and have not heard them talk to a single customer in here.
