I visited the ugg store in Lenox mall; I was over looked as they served the white customers first when I spoke up and let the cashier know that I’d been there waiting to be helped; she took care of me right away. I bought a pair of black boots classic ii in a kids size three for $130.00 plus tax; gave the boots to my daughter for a Christmas gift not even a month ago. The boots came apart after a couple of wears; I contacted the store where I purchased the shoes and was informed that I’d have to ship the shoes to the ugg return department in California. That cost me $32.50. In all I’m out of $180.00 for a pair of defective kids boots. I’ve spent thousands with this company; buying these boots for years but this will be my last time spending money with this company. The service and product really deserves zero stars.

This company has absolutely no value for customers! We are punished and have canceled orders because someone within their own company gave out a code they were not suppose to! Why should the customer be punished????? Now it’s days before Christmas and I have a canceled shoe order and on top of that I had to wait 2.5 hours to talk to someone and the girl didn’t want me to talk to a supervisor!!!!!!!  This is the worse thing possible before Christmas and they only offered a 15% discount after the original discount was 60%! I have spent thousands of dollars here and they will never get another dime not even a penny from me!!!!!!!!!!
