First I want to say the shoe came out beautiful this place has a new owner and it shows in the work the craftsmanship is amazing the only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is when I first came in I showed a lady at the front desk the 2 pictures in my review on yelp the black and gold pointed toe heels she went to the back and showed the cobbler maybe she misheard him but she told me $100 when I went back to get what I wanted done he quoted me $150 for the cross effect on the shoes saying he didn't know that's what I wanted and kind of gave me a little bit of attitude when I told him that wasn't what I was quoted. So although the shoe looked good it wasn't what I wanted you would think all the bad reviews they would of honored the original quote so I could of received what I wanted in the first place.

I visited the Coral Springs located over a month ago. I needed taps and extenders on a pair of heels. They advised me it would take several days to complete and suggested I visit their Boca location. I did and was advised by a young gentleman (manager perhaps) that I was misinformed by the Coral Springs location and he could complete the job in 30 minutes. I happily waited. On Friday of last week I dropped off a pair of shoes needing the same type of work and was told they would be ready Thursday afternoon. Today is Friday, one week later. I went to pick up the shoes and the taps were completed but not the extenders. We are human and make mistakes. I understand. However, I am less than thrilled about having to come back tomorrow to pick them up. I'm not the type of customer to complain or look for freebies, in fact, often times I will call business owners when one of their employees has impressed me. But, I wasn't offered any type of discount and now I have to come back the following day. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

Now under new ownership and management, Shoe Repair and Beyond has great customer service and quality workmanship.  I took my designer shoes and handbag in for repair and they exceeded my expectation in both quality to detail and in their workmanship.  The staff was friendly, courteous, and had my items ready when they promised.  I would trust SR&B for all my designer merchandise. I left with a smile and so will you!

Excellent service. Sylvia is knowledgeable, honest and talented. Worth the money worth the time. Simply, glad they are now in coral springs.
