I've bought my chef shoes from shoes for crews for over 10 years. HOWEVER this Will be last time. I've waited over 2 weeks for what was supposed to be an "Easy return"

I have been ordering shoes for crews for more than 10 years, however recently I had new carpets put in my home so I decided I would start taking my shoes off outside the front door. After a few days (cool weather and overcast, not blazing sun at all) My shoes shrunk to approximately a size 6 from a size 10! I can't even get my feet in them. When I called, the guy just kept saying, that they wouldn't replace them because I shouldn't have left them outside. They were in mint condition since I only worked at a restaurant 2 months until I switched to an office job. The shoes cost me over $50! There should of been a warning label saying shoes subject to shrinkage! I think what bothered me most, is that the agent I spoke to on the phone gave me the clear impression that he didn't care or that he didn't want to be at his job that day. Either way I think next time I will just get restaurant shoes at Walmart for $20 instead.

Bad service！I paid shipping fee for three days shipping which is 7 dollars but I got them in two weeks???Are you guys kidding me????i am so disappointed!!!!

Got pair of new car shoes today. They are the cat brand. Look nice however the size says 11. Figuring that would work great. However they are much to small. I would say around a size 8 1/2 or maybe 9. My feet size USA size is 9 3/4. Shoes from Walmart at size 10 - 10 1/2 fit great. These cat shoes  would probably fit my boy or wife. Upon further inspection these are made in China.. I don't mind stuff from there as long as it is properly labeled! I have had shoes for crews in past around 6-8 years ago and they were amazing then. The quality of the rubber seems like cheep wal mart $5-10 shoes. Back then the rubber was more like a blizzack snow tire. I am willing to change this review once I have received a refund or proper USA  foot size. If they do not resolve this issue I will never buy from them again and start looking elsewhere for good quality shoes for my company.
