I had the best experience today! I visited the website after learning on the Birkenstock website that Shoesters sells Birks! I emailed asking about an exact pair for Curbside pick-up. Once it was confirmed that they had the pair I was looking for both in MPLS and STP, they recommended I call the store closest to me.  When I called, Matthew answered me in the most professional and friendly way possible. I was able to pay over the phone and he said all I had to do was call when I got there. Naturally, I needed new cork sealer and forgot, so I called right back and Matthew was in no way bothered by adding that to my bag!  Third call was the charm when I was outside the store for pick-up! Matthew was right out with my new Onyx Gizeh's and I couldn't be more thrilled! I love these shoes and these are a replacement pair - and Shoesters & Matthew made my instant gratification possible today.  Thank you for your kind, speedy service today! I have been living in Minnesota less than a year now and will absolutely refer others to Shoesters and be back myself!

Great location for any Birkenstock needs, large inventory of men/women/children styles in all sizes/options/colors.  Customer service was excellent, she did a proper fitting and explained the various options available as well as how to break in/care for.  Very much recommend this location.

I was looking for a specific kind of sandal and had trouble finding it online. Thankfully I remembered Shoesters. The store is open, but given the pandemic, the staff kindly sent me photos of their inventory in my size and answered several e-mail questions. Their customer service was outstanding. I opted for curbside service, and the staff waited while I tried the sandal on in my car and even demonstrated on the sidewalk how to fit it. I am thrilled to support this small business and will return for my next pair of shoes.

Outstanding customer service! My grandma and I felt really welcomed and understood. We left with knowledge on how to help the swelling on my grandma’s right foot and the shoes we purchased were definitely worth the price! Will be recommending this place to friends and family for sure!

All I have to say is wow I never had such excellent service at a shoe store. Me and my husband walked in looking for some work shoes for his job. We got greeted by Lauren and I could definitely tell she knew what she was doing and had knowledge about the shoes as she showed us variations of the shoe we were looking for and let my husband try it on with different foot inserts untill he found the perfect fit. She also guided him on how the shoe would mold to his foot even more. She was very patient and attentive. Will definitely be back.

I’ve purchased before...  great service..  yes this is true!! If you actually work the hours are difficult much less if you do get there during posted hours the doors are locked .

This store is terrific. Much better selection on top brands than other chain stores such as DSW and you can't beat the service. Support local, family-owned, small businesses!!

Great service and friendly staff.  Elliot was very knowledgable and shared some Birkenstock after care that I had never heard before.  Very impressed!
