I purchased a pair of boots here as a gift for someone and they ended up being one size too large. When I came in to exchange them the person helping me went back to get the correct size and brought back the wrong color. After this happened the person went back to check again and said they were out of stock in the color/size I wanted. They proceeded to have me fill out a “special order form” and was told I’d receive a phone call when they determined whether or not they could special order the correct color and size (apparently they’re still using technology from the 90’s). Over a week and a half later I still hadn’t received a call so I took the initiative and called them. It wasn’t until I called them that they informed me they didn’t have the boots I wanted and couldn’t order them. Their solution was to refund the purchase to my credit card. I proceeded to take my business elsewhere and bought the exact boots I wanted. Certainly won’t be returning to any Schuler shoes in the future.

I love Schuler Shoes. I have been a customer for over 25 years and I always receive excellent customer service. All the shoes I have bought over the years have been great quality and super comfortable.

Expert staff that know shoes, and help put you in the right pair. I got exactly what I wanted and am very happy with the service. This location is particularly nice. Was very well staffed so the wait was short.
