Ordered food over the phone and waited 30 minutes to pick it up. Everything wasn't in my bag. Make sure to check your food. Girl at the counter was nice but manager I assume with glasses had a poker face. Instead of refunding me they tried to put my credit in some book. Sushi guy was extremely loud when he read me back my order even though I wasn't the one who forgot to put cream cheese on 3 rolls. Then they forgot to put 1 diner in the bag so I had to wait again. Not 1 time did they say "let's make this a great experience for you" even though we screwed up on your order, or sorry for the wait. Total time was 1 hour and 15 min before I asked for my money back. I spent $76 and over an hour. Manager gave me back my money and continued to have a poker face. She would be great at playing poker in the casino. They need training on customer service and smiling. Or just quit if your not happy to have your job. She should be in the back cooking so no one can see her face.

I've eaten here with my family many times. This location is a hit or miss as far as service. It really depends on how busy they are. If they aren't really busy, service can be nice. The more busy the less care you'll receive. I've only once returned my food here and that was the one time I ordered Chinese take out. My kids sweet and sour chicken was old, over fried and hard as bricks. They replaced it with a new order, but that was a day a later as leaving home and going back out that same night was just too much for me. It was a major inconvenience so I will never, never order take from them again; that experience says take out orders pay the same but get trash food.

Stellar food, horrible service. My husband and I came in on a Saturday around 2:00 in the afternoon. There were two servers and a light crowd, but apparently that was too much to handle. My husband and I sat in the sushi area for about 20 minutes before our order was taken. I had asked the other waiter could you please take our order because our waitress has not returned. When he went to address the waitress she replied to him I'll get there when I get there. If this happened at the Sterling Heights location that server would've lost her job immediately. There is extremely high turnover and the service simply does not care. This is very unfortunate because show gun does have a good reputation, the food is awesome but this location is killing their reputation . I will take my business to bluefin from now on .

I love this spot. Phenomenal food and staff. It's either hibachi or you can sit at a table. It also has a sushi bar. Pro tip- lunch is a great time to go and its a lighter fair but you will still probably have left overs which is great
