Service was awful. All server did was bring drinks and check. She never checked back to see if we needed anything. Husband wanted fried eggs but waitress never came back to see if we needed anything. Cashier was on phone entire time we were there. Never put the phone down to check people out. Personal call and we could hear her talking and we were seated by the bar. Never will we return.

Restaurant is nice. Good food. Good atmosphere. Came in a party of 38 and was treated exceptionally well. Got to love southern hospitality.

Our waitress was very good and for nearly all of our group who ordered from the menu, the food was good. One of our group ordered salmon and it was undercooked. Another of our group ate the buffet and said it was ok but not great - the salad options were particulay disappointing. First time any of us had been to a Shoney's in years. The restaurant was very quiet and did not have much business, even though we were there around 6 pm and expected them to have lots of supper customers.

Very nice place. I've been going here for years with my family. I'll recommend you stop in on your trip.
