Good experience buying my shoes.  But my $150 Taos sandals broke after 6 months.  When I called to find out what to do I was told to take it to to a shoe repairman.   I called Taos instead.  They have a one year warranty and they replaced them for FREE!.  Shooz had no idea that their well sold product had a warranty?  If I wasn't diligent in calling Taos myself I would have never know.  And yes, the sales person has been there for years.

I needed an insert for a pair of pumps I am wearing to a formal event tonight.  Linda at Shooz was so incredibly helpful and kind!  She went above and beyond to help me out and make sure my shoes wouldn't fall off my feat tonight.  This is what customer service is all about!  I may not have purchased these shoes at Shooz, but I am definitely coming back in the future!
