I brought in my computer to the place and payed $40 for them to take my description on what I've seen that was wrong with it.I have called multiple times to see if it was even looked at yet, and to hear what was truly wrong with the computer. It took them 10 days for them to tell me they couldn't restore any data on the hard drive, and that it was my SSD that didn't boot. I was given no description on what was put into my computer besides that it was a 1 terabyte Hard drive (Same size it came with). No one ever called me for an update and I never knew anything until the final day that I came to pick it up.

I had an older model laptop that a friend gave to me.  I took it to Shorepointe for review to see what it would take to get back up to standard.  I received a phone call the same day with a quote for the work and what needed to be done.  The price was more than fair and in less than a week I had my laptop back in perfect running order.  Not only was the timing great I also received a Veterans discount.  The staff was awesome!  Very professional, and very polite!

After researching different computer repair places, I chose to take my computer to Shore Pointe.  They not only removed the viruses from my system, but they took the time to explain what might have caused me to get the viruses in the first place.  Each time that I called for an update, the staff was friendly and helpful.  The techs are knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions.  I would definitely recommend them to friends and family for all of your computer needs.  Not only do they do repairs, but I was able to purchase a refurbished laptop for a great price through them!
