Show was awesome. Food was good. Acting great. Would go again when we return. Loved the boat ride part. Could walk on the deck freely and look out and about. Fun time. Recommend!!!

Nice food and show for the price. The first upgrade is worth the money. The food was very good at our dinner. I though the music was good but I heard many of the older people complain afterward that the music was too modern for them, and compared to many other Branson shows, it was. Very nice views on the trip around the lake.

I went for the Christmas show. Let me start off by saying there is A LOT of walking involved. If your not in good shape, this isn't for you. The dock area is really nice with cute shops, but unless your wealthy, you probably won't be shopping. The boat itself is nice and clean. I found where we set fairly difficult to see the stage, but I had a decent idea of what was going on. The food was ok. I can't say it's something exceptional really and no choice. You get what they serve...period. You eat prior to the show, which I liked. You don't really know your out on the water until your allowed to go out on deck. It won't be something I'd do again, but I'm glad that I got to experience it once. (I'd prefer Dixie Stampede if your looking for fun)

Eh. Saw the Christmas show. Not really impressed. Luckily it was a freebie. Traded in a couple of our free Silver Dollar City tickets we get with our season passes for the Showboat tickets. Decent dinner. Way overpriced souvenir mugs just to get crappy cappuccino on board the boat. The better stuff is on the shore but you will only be able to get it before you board if you are on the later cruise. Definitely not worth the $12 or $13 it costs for the mug. I don't know if it can be used again if you bring it back. I believe Silver Dollar City is starting to change the mugs to the specific season you buy it to only be good for that season. Because it costs them soooo much more for the refills.

We normally have a good time on the Showboat Branson Bell, but this time our waiter (Seth) was less than pleasant! We purchased the souvenir cups so we could have hot chocolate. Seth asked what we would like to drink in our cups, i said hot chocolate, Seth said "we don't have hot chocolate", I thought he was joking, so I said "well, I would like hot chocolate"... Seth looked at me and said "we don't have hot chocolate, so I don't know what to tell you"...at which point I realized he wasn't joking. I told him that was the reason I purchased the souvenir cups, he then reiterated, "I don't know what to tell you....ANYWAY, what else can I get you to drink??" I then asked to speak to a manager at that point he says, "Yeah, yeah, do you want coffee, tea, lemonade or water?" I said "coffee and the manager." The manager came over and apologize for not having hot chocolate, she then offered white mocha latte or another flavor of latte. I explained to her that Seth never offered any other drink other than cold drink for the souvenir cup. I accepted the white mocha latte and thanked her. The manager came back about 30 minutes later and advised me that she found some hot chocolate and if I would like it which was very nice of her. We have never had a bad waiter or waitress in the past, our waiter this time who is Seth acted like he didn't care and he was very condescending when he's speaking to me!
