Such a blast! Worth every penny. I am about 130 pounds and it went very very fast. But then, I wanted to ride again and the lady attendant rode with me so I could go even faster! It is such a blast. The 5 min ride up is relaxing and scenic, and the ride down is faster and more exhilarating than you'd imagine! 
PLUS everyone there was happy and nice!

This place is one of a kind!  If you want to do something fun and new in Branson this is the future of not only Branson but the future of amusement rides. I didn't know what to expect especially after the cart went uphill for over 5 minutes up the side of a mountain and boom fast and exciting going down.  Ride once not too good ride more than once and the price drops along with your fear and soon you will go down with no brakes. This will definitely be a destination for me anytime I come to town.

We rode it at night and then the following day.  Hands down better than the other coaster in town.  What little interaction with the employees is friendly. The only suggestion would be to consider a 24 hour re-ride vs. just same day.  We rode at 8:30 on Friday night, did the other coaster at 1pm and immediately decided to go ride Runaway again.  We would have ridden back to back at the re-ride price on Saturday. Still had a great time and something the kids and I will remember.

This was the first time my wife and I went. It was at night which made it even more fun. You fill out some papers before you ride then get in line. It takes a little while but it's worth it. You are strapped in to the car and you have a handle on each side that you use for a brake, if you want to that is. Otherwise you just let it go full speed! It's a nice relaxing ride up to the top. During that part you just sit and enjoy the view. Once you're at a certain spot up top they let you go and whooooosh you're off! There was one turn I thought I was going to fly right off the side!! Good times
