Excellent firm great experience horrible situation they assisted me to get through it as good as it possibly could be! I would definitely retain the services of Siegfried and Jensen anytime I have a legal issue ! They had my back all the way through and assisted to have the best doctors because of them and their relationships and fought for me and the best outcome on my behalf ! resh Jefferies went above and beyond to help help us with our case. it was a easy process. and when the at fault party's insurance company tried taking no fault he took care of it all

After a crash we had tried to work with the insurance company to settle. When it became apparent that they would not deal in good faith we contacted Siegfried & Jensen. The attorney was late to the meeting.  He was very condescending during the discussion, and kept saying things like “if we decide to take your case.” When I mentioned looking at other attorneys he berated me for potentially wasting his time until I pointed out that he was the one who kept saying if we decide to take your case. In the end we went with Fillmore & Spencer. Who treated us very well, and was able to get a very large settlement. Large enough I can’t mention the amount, insurance company, or name of the company that caused the crash. In short the condescending attitude of the Siegfried & Jensen ended up costing them a very large payday.

My relationship with S&J was not a short lived one. It took over 4 years to reach a settlement but Jeremy Hendricks was amazing the entire journey. He was never annoyed by my calls and emails  (which was sometimes daily) and always super quick to respond. And he always treated me like a friend instead of just a number. Resh was awesome about calming my fears and understanding my point of view.  When Mike Katz took over my case I knew I was in great hands! He was awesome to work with and very supportive. And Courtney listening to my rants and laughing with me! You made the last month bareable!  I couldn't have asked for a better team. Even when I was complaining or crying or just done with the run around from the insurance group, they were amazing and I knew they always had my back! Thanks guys

They are so big, you really do feel like a number. As my settlement looked like it might be smaller they lost interest.  No one reaches out or even seems interested if my pain levels are better. Not a word for almost 2 weeks. When you are down and struggling from an injury, physical and financial, it becomes even more difficult when this is your treatment. Cant help but feel i might have made a mistake. Hope to be able to change this opinion by the time we are done.
