As I was being guided onto the track to go through the wash, the idiot employee didn't guide me right and ended up breaking off my hubcap on the rail for the track. I understand mistakes happen, but this guy was very obviously annoyed that it happened and that we had to file an accident report even though it was his fault. Now 11 DAYS later (when I was told it would be 3) I STILL have no update about how they plan to reimburse me for having to replace my hubcap even though I have called multiple times, nor have I even heard from a supervisor or manager to know that it's being processed.

I will never go back here other than to get my money back!

Horrible job. Fiance was told what would be done. Worker said car was finished as it sat there still dripping water. After my fiance told him that it still needed a few things done she was told would be done, he refused. She told a manager and they put another person on it. Still did a half ass job. Got it home and we spent another 30 minutes cleaning up all the missed spots.

Just signed up for the FastPass recently. Absolutely love the idea! Friendly faces and wonderful customer service! It's also worth mentioning they have car washes conveniently located in both Sparks and Reno.

I have always had my cars washed here because it is the only place that actually gets them clean!  Brushless washes never seems to do the job, and the pre-scrub by the attendants here really gets off the grime before the wash.  I just purchased the monthly unlimited and am uncertain about the billing process yet, but feel confident that they will take care of me if I have any issues.  Thank you for fantastic, friendly service!

The manager Fernando was super friendly. I took my car to get washed, their was still some spots of dirt on my car. I talked to Fernando and he apologized and sprayed my car and put it through the wash again. It came out super clean and he gave me clean towels to dry my car. Best service I have gotten and will definitely be coming back.
