The dog wash is not that great. The water comes out of the hose at a really low pressure, so it takes longer to rinse your dog down, therefore, you have to spend more time there and pay more money. The hose to dry off the dogs has less power than my blow dryer. At most dog washes the timer stops when you turn the dial to off, but this dog wash keeps charging you. It's expensive and low quality. I would only wash my dog there if my dog was tiny like mini poodle or chihuahua, maybe then I would have got my money's worth. I had to go home and rinse off my dog again in my bathtub after paying 10 dollars )-:

They need to find a better company to maintain the car wash and all it's equipment. Whoever is doing it now is doing a poor job. They have been lots of other problems also, but I have told them about the high pressure liquid wax not working any more in any of the wash bays and they still can't get it fixed so that liquid wax is dispensed and sprayed out of the wand when you select it on the control panel. The wax is white and has a wax odor to it, so you can tell when it is spraying out by seeing and smelling it in the warm water on your car like before when it was working right and now it isn't anymore.

Positive Life Lesson: Never be afraid to tell management when you have a problem.

We live on the opposite side of town, my husband and I were in a rush to get our car washed and the quarter machine ate our $5 bill. My husband was immediately irritated and just wanted to get back to our arrends and back home. I almost went with it but I wanted my $5 bill! I called the office and Sharon was more than helpful to quickly solve the problem. She easily gave me back the $5 AND offered my husband a free car wash.

Had an issue with the payment but the staff was so nice and helpful in resolving the issue.  They even upgraded our wash!

Nicest car wash in Reno.  The manager Tim is always smiling and friendly when I stop to wash my car and dog.  The location is convenient and the facility is always clean.  Keep up the good work.
