I loved how I was received. The entire styling process was explained to me and I was consulted before any action was taken on my hair. I loved the results and I'm definitely going back to Cierra.

The best haircuts and highlights I've ever gotten have been from Signature Image Salon! Even months after a cut and color, I've had friends compliment me on my hair. I normally get my hair trimmed every 6-8 weeks, but last year I waited a really long time in between haircuts. I still got compliments on my hair and was even asked if I had a fresh haircut.

Beware of excessive unaccounted charges! I was charged $180 for flat twits and a trim! On my bill it was listed as a sculpting cut, which I did not receive.  They claimed their prices went up despite what is listed on their website.  Mind you, I had an appointment in December it was $100 for deep conditioning, trim, and style. I went ahead a paid because I had spent close to 4 hrs there despite having a 12:15 appointment.  I have reached out to my bank to dispute the charges and will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report this business and will exhaust all legal options at my disposal. I'm sadden because I actually like my hair, but I refuse to be taken advantage.

Love, Love Love Signature Image!!!  Been going there about 2 years now and Vonetta is fantastic!  All of the stylist are great as a matter of fact!
