I came into the salon so hopeless. I had just taken out my braids and my hair was very matted and tangled, and I had honestly just given up. Nicola took such great care of me. She was so thorough, shampooing my hair 4 times to get all the product out of it, walking me through exactly what she was doing and making sure I was comfortable. She gave me a trim and pressed my hair, it is now so healthy and beautiful. Only been here twice, and had a great salon experience both times. I did not have to wait hours after my appt to get in the chair like I have had to in the past. 10/10, I will be back!

This by far was the worst experience of my Life. I have always had my natural hair which was long and full. I went to Cassandra which I heard was the best natural hair stylist in Cleveland. I showed her a picture of the style and trim I wanted. She shaved the sides of my head totally bald. She implied if you don't care for it come back and I can give you a weave. I had no hair at all you could see my scalp. She laughed with her friends during my service at this point I was very sorry and horrified at how my hair looked. If you cherish your hair please be careful.

Don't be afraid to change stylist.  My first visit was just ok. The next time I got Amber and was very pleased
 I was in and out in an hour with a silk press

I go here for Natural Hair Care. I was having a lot of breakage and decided to check into it. I was given a consult by Cherish on Decca treatments she had a good pitch so I have been Going to Cherish for 6 mos now and my hair is thicker and stronger. My last appt. Had me a little worried because it seemed as though there going to stop carrying my products...I truly hope not because I don't want to switch at the point in my treatments

They did a decent job, but one lady washed my hair so hard that she pulled my earring out and made my ear start to bleed. The whole salon also would not get off my back about wanting to get a relaxer. I came in to get a relaxer not to be yelled at for not wanting to keep my curls
