My salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The prices were lower than the 3 other places I went to. I did check reviews for the appliances on line and was pleased all could be purchased at Silica. My appliances came in two deliveries , both times the delivery men were very courteous, and were careful about my wood floors.  The first delivery men measured to make sure the other items would fit, noted the refrigerator door needed to be switched and showed me how to work the stove. After both deliveries they cleaned up any packaging, etc. I was super pleased with sales, delivery and product!

There was nothing about our buying experience that would make me return here vs. Wal-Mart for my next TV.  The sales rep walked away and we couldn't find him, stood around and waited around the not-busy show floor and nobody bothered to ask us if we needed help.  We flagged down a woman at the counter eventually just to buy a TV that while I am very satisfied with, I could have bought for the same price anywhere else and probably would have had a happier, more willing salesperson.  I guess I expected a more personal touch from a place like this.  Highly recommend my LG 4K I bought however.  Great purchase.  Oh, and you have to pick up your purchase yourself.  Free delivery in town would be a cool and relatively easy service to offer, so maybe check into that.. charge an extra 20 on the TV and then say free delivery.  Meh.. I expect too much.

Did things fast and efficient.
Was talking with Charter on my internet up stairs.
Your guys put my old washer and dryer on my trailer without me even having to ask.

I purchased a washer and dryer from Silica. Our sales person was Troy and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. We have gone to Silica for the past 50 years for all our appliances and have always been satisfied.

My elderly parents had their fridge die on Friday morning and Tom and the guys at Silica not only helped them find something in their price range, but they set up a time for me to call and pay over the phone, sent me an invoice, and managed to get it delivered that same afternoon.  The delivery guys helped my parents move everything around and even assisted replacing the food.  Fantastic folks.  So happy they took care of them.
