Staff was good and offered options.  Sprint is a joke.  We save 100.00 and received 25.00 off acces.

I've had issues with Sprint and this location before, but the company AND this location seem to be improving.   The staff have been very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.  I used to feel like a number here, but not any more.  Very impressed lately.

I had a great in and out experience. They not only fixed my problem, but they also explained how I could prevent it from happening again and showed me how to fix. I would recommend this store to anybody who wants great customer service.

Always have amazing customer service. My favorite Sprint store in the area.
