The cupcakes are very average. The taste is not great! I will not be going back.. it’s not worth it... the frosting is basically just butter. Not such a great taste.

The cakes do look and feel like silk and taste really good. Even though, a little pricy, but worth it.

I ordered a beautiful cake from Silk Cakes for a bridal shower in honor of my son's fiancé, Jill. After research online, I decided on Silk Cakes because of their graceful, elegant and beautiful designs as well as interesting cake flavors. Their convenient location and availability for delivery was also important. I worked with the owner, Judy, as well as Amy and could not have been happier. The process was entirely online and yet the interpretation was perfect. I sent her some sample pictures of cake ideas and info about the colors and print styles used on the invitations, as well as some details about the wedding, venue, etc. They created a "board " of the planned cake showing design and colors. Payment was easy with Chase Quickpay. Delivered in perfect condition and well before the shower. I chose a green tea cake with semisweet chocolate truffle filling and a raspberry buttercream fondant covering. It was delicious, and so beautiful. Everyone has been calling me about the shower and commenting on the cake.

Amazing cake and service! I ordered a vegan cake same day pickup in the morning but didn't pay at that moment as I didn't had card. But they made the cake despite of that and called me for pick up in the evening. It was Friday, crazy traffic. They waited even after hours untill I reached there. They literally waited for me till 8.10 pm. How kind of them! Never experienced such a thing. And the cake was super delicious. Good wishes to Silk cakes!
