This was a wonderful place to live. I lived here for three years and things really changed under the new management. Work ordered were always taken care of and it's a great community. I love the additions like the dog was and the outdoor grill area. Plus they host all sorts of great events. It is also in a great location.

I moved here 3 weeks ago and I cannot tell you what a delightful place Silk Factory Lofts is to live. I lived in a single family house for 30 years. Finding The Silk Factory Lofts is a wonderful treasure. The entire place is kept so clean. I mean really clean! 
The staff is excellent, friendly and very professional. Nancy, the Property Manager and Rob, the Maintenance Supervisor are just wonderful. No question seems to small to them. They are definitely people orientated. They care about their clients.
The lobby, the courtyards and other areas are maintained to the utmost. The very best thing about this place for me is how quiet it is here. People are very friendly and with it being a pet friendly place...I never hear any dogs or cats. I am very glad to be a loft dweller here at the Silk Factory Lofts!

I do not live here personally, I visit a friend who lives here. The walls are quite thin but the atmosphere is modern and clean. They renovated it a couple months back. The fitness center is really nice

nice layout but bad service when have complaints.
Heat is exorbitant and the vents are near ceiling so you  dn heat apt just ceiling.
coridors are freezing and have to weatherstrip your apt door cause gap so large.
They don't exterminate saying if you have bugs you brought them in.
