We moved in last month and love living here. The apartments are beautifully renovated and spacious. Management is very helpful and accommodating to any questions or issues. We especially love the clubhouse space, gym, and pool. Proximity to the train makes commuting simple. We love the location and community feeling!

I just moved into my 1 bedroom (Ardmore) apartment this weekend and I am loving Station Square so far. Everything about this community is luxurious from the valet trash to the immaculate Clubhouse. The pricing is absolutely fair for what you get. The people at the office are incredibly accommodating. For example, I was missing the complimentary Valet Trash bin and I notified Dana at the office. I had a new bin delivered to my door within an hour. One of the most impressive things about my move in was the welcome package waiting for me at the apartment. It included a spaghetti dinner kit, a bag of dog treats, a Station Square dog bag holder, dishwasher pods, and more. They think of everything! I can't say enough how pleased I am with this community. Living here is like being on vacation all the time.

Horrible!!! They are towing everyone's cars and making us pay 200 plus to pick them up!! They had my date wrong to move my car! They do not care about us at all and this was the last strike!! Do not move here unless you want to feel uneasy and worried about what management will do next. They could have moved our cars elsewhere instead of having a tow company tow our car from our apartments to a towing place. I'm sorry I thought u can trust the place I lived for two years. Guess not. Def ending lease first chance I get! Look elsewhere especially families who like convenience!

Recently the apartments received renovations and is still working on some. One of them are resealing parking lots. Each on of us occupants had a date we needed to move our cars. Some people that live here are on vacation so we made it work with the dates we had. Yesterday I called to confirm the date and was told it was the 13th however they towed my car the 12th! This is obscene! Come to find out this happened to a few of my friends also and neighbors that had different dates that me. The apartment owes me $200 because that's how much it cost to get my car back. Currently they are avoiding my calls ( always busy and will call back). I am sure I am not the only one who has been reaching out about getting $200 back in towing cost but this is there fault not us residents so I strongly hope they do the right thing and take the $200 out of rent.

*In response to the owner we have people that went on vacation for the summer and the notices came out after they left. What about them? And there seem to lie to cover them selves they had switched my day I even called to confirm the date with Kathy. This is obscene. So many residents fell victim to this I am starting to believe they connected with the tow company to make a profit. Myself with 11 other tenants (and counting) have simply decided not to renew the lease. There is a reason the reviews are low. Trust the current occupants when thinking about renting a home here. They are big on making  changes very inconvenient to occupants and for them to have the audacity to tow our cars instead of just move them to another location (which a good company that cares about their tenants would do) is shocking to me. So no excuses they DO NOT deserve your money!

Apartments are reasonable. Management sucks charging you 2 months notice & then 2 months rent for lease breakage, which means due to some unavoidable circumstances if you need to move out you pay 4 months rent. No one in this world be as worst as this.
