Ramón is the absolute best. My husband started with him in designing my engagement ring - he worked with him to make his vision a reality and different ways to keep the cost down within his budget. I ended up with a one-of-a-kind engagement ring that I absolutely love. We went back to get my wedding band which Ramón also helped us to design to fit the unique ring. He worked with us during several consultations to make sure we were happy with what we ended up with. He helped fix any concerns or issues along the way and I enjoy going back periodically to get my ring cleaned and maintained. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I love going there for jewelry. Basically all of my jewelry comes from this shop!! I walk in and describe what I'm looking for and their service is quick! Recently I bought an anklet from there and I couldn't love it more! A lot of my friends love the jewelry I wear and the gifts I buy them from that store too!

My husband and I took my mother’s 14K yellow gold and diamond wedding ring along with my white gold and diamond wedding bands to Ramón at Silver Spring Jewelry in White Oak and received excellent customer service from beginning to end. We wanted to take apart the rings and custom design a new ring using the materials we provided. He understood our wishes and helped us design a gorgeous ring! He was attentive, delivered on time, and sent us an appraisal, as promised. We trusted Ramón and his team with our precious jewelry and they did not disappoint. We will go back to Ramón for our jewelry needs in the future.

How can these people call themselves jewelers if they can't determine real gold from fake? Either they're very ignorant or very racially discriminatory. For example, when i approached the clerk, she automatically assumed that my ring was fake and said " I'm sorry but we don't pawn fake gold". My response was " how do you know?" And the clerk replied, " i can tell by the color." So i suggested to her to test it and she immediately declined. Need i say more?
