This is my "go to" watch place for repairs, adjustments and purchases.  I will reiterate from previous reviews that the service is fast and professional but will also add that they are true craftsman.  I watch in awe as they go to work on my items efficiently and with no hesitation.
Highly recommended!!!

Outstanding service by Matthew and Eugene.  I had 3 watches re-sized to perfection in under 20 minutes at a great price.

I came in to see if I could have my son’s cuckoo clock repaired.  The gentleman behind the counter immediately started working on it as if he were enjoyable putting back together a puzzle.  While I waited and watched on a Saturday afternoon for a 15 to 20 minute period, customer after customer came in with each promptly and courteously served with repairs provided on the spot.  Two customers noted how fast service was provided and also how reasonable the costs to have their watches repaired.  Currently, my task is to find the missing pendulum for my son’s clock and The Watch Pocket is seeing if the clock maintains time.  A very pleasant and recommended service.
