I'm in my 30's and I've never had an eye exam before. So, of course, I was a little apprehensive about making an appointment somewhere.  Luckily for me,  I chose the right place.  My experience was top notch from the moment i walked into the office until my appointment was over.  I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff members as I entered and I was quickly checked in for my appointment.  I sat down in the waiting area assuming it was going to be a little while before I was called.  I didn't even have a chance to glance at my phone,  I was called back almost instantly.  The whole process was so fast and easy. It was all very professional and what amazing customer service. The doctor thoroughly answered all my questions to my great satisfaction (and I'm a fairly picky person). After finding out that I needed glasses, I'm so glad Judy was there to help me pick a great looking pair of frames.  She made it fun, easy,  and fast.  I think I spent a total time of 30 min in the office from start to finish of my whole appointment.  What a great staff and a wonderful atmosphere. I couldn't have asked for anything better.  This is definitely my go to place for vision care.

I was given an inaccurate diagnosis and it was suggested that I may need surgery. I was skeptical and sought 2 other opinions neither of which said anything about the possibility of surgery. Employees were  very professional and nice but I have chosen to go elsewhere.

I've been going to Simon Eye Associates for the past 7 years. I love wearing my large selection of designer glasses. Judy Powell is wonderful and has always helped me in selecting the right pair of glasses for my personal and business career. Judy, thanks for always be so professional and providing me with such phenomenal service. Thanks for making me feel Beautiful!!!! I also enjoying going to Dr. Payne for my yearly check ups.

Friendly staff, lots of options for glasses and contacts, not always easy to see same optometrist each visit. Excellent pediatric optometrist.
