Dr. DeSanctis, BEST Doctor ever.... takes his time to listen, is spot on in diagnosis, will send you to the best specialist if needed, great on follow up. Great Staff and, Wonderful Doctors on staff.. We and our extended family have been patients for over 30 years and have Never been treated badly, and have always been treated kindly , Always busy...guess why, because it's a Fantastic Practice with GREAT DOCTORS that's why.
Dr. Viterbo himself seems to be a good doctor. When you're in his office he takes the time to explain the situation and the reason for the chosen path forward. The staff is another matter. I have had to consistently call and rectify issues such as prescriptions being written incorrectly, reminding the staff to check tests that they have access to, etc. The worst part is that when you call the staff makes you feel like a burden. They are instantly annoyed assume you have done something incorrectly - it takes several attempts to explain their errors before they'll even consider listening. I like Dr. Viterbo himself - I just can't say the overall experience is worth it.
I have nothing but good things to say about my doctor but the practice as a whole is awful. I call to consult with my doctor on medical situation, but i cant talk to him because they dont allow over the phone or virtual visit. But heres the kicker. I cant visit the office either to see him because i was exposed to someone that had tested for covid even though I've tested negative. So at this point they wont let me talk to my doctor and tell me to go to a medical aid unit which none in this part of the state have any open appointments for the next 3 days because covid is ramping up again. So needless to say I'm stuck with the emergency room for somthing that could have handled with a phone call.
Unethical. Dr Desanctis only cares about the money not patient care ... He might have cared before but he’s mentally checked out. Doesn’t even remember when you were in to see him the week before.. Time to get out of medicine Dr Desanctis
Drs. Desanctis, Viterbo, and Ianni are excellent. My family and I are very well taken care of. Very nice staff as well.
