I was extremely disappointed with this entire experience. I called and texted back and forth before booking an appointment. I reached out twice to be sure I was all set for my appointment a week in advance. Changed my entire day, missed work the whole nine to drive all the way to MS for this appointment and I get a txt 5min before my appointment saying my appointment was canceled!!! Literally my appointment was at 4pm and I get an automated email at 3:55 saying my appointment was canceled. No one was at the shop and I called for hours trying to reach her with no response and no answer!!!!  She finally txt at 11pm that night saying she wasn't sure I wanted the appointment!! HOW ARE YOU NOT SURE!!!! I CALLED, I TEXTED!, I SET UP THE Stupid STYLESEAT Autopay and CONFIRMED!!!!!!!! I saw other reviews with cancelation issues and just assumed there were some outstanding circumstances however there were none!!! She just canceled out the blue no reason, no notice, no phone call nothing!! So I can't speak on her work and honestly I could care less at this point that s not how you do business. You wasted MY TIME, MY MONEY, And My Gas, so to say I was pissed is an understatement!!
