I just want to make one thing clear.  I love the way TuTu Braiding  did my hair each and every time, I have to give them that  I was very upset when I posted the review and I just wanted to say it was never about the way they braid, but it was just this one  bad incident of poor customer service and I never received an apology.

Please don't go there.I just got my hair twisted last Friday and all of my twist has falling out.Personally I work to hard to spend $150 on a style that last for 1 week.... that was just money wasted. Now I am looking for a different braiding shop who actually knows what they are doing. They really don't deserve any star at all.

My experience with tutu braiding has been the worst ever. First of all, I made an appointment a week in advance.  When I arrived for my appointment on Saturday @ 9am, I was told the person supposed to braid my hair woke up sick and could I come back at 12.  Ok I come back at 12 and she brading somebody else hair and told me she would call me when she finish. 5 hours later, no call from her and I call her and she said she was not finish yet and ask me could I wait until next day.  Ok it's the next day and I still have not heard from her and no answer when I call number.  Where do they do that at and I'm a repeat customer that brought them new clients. That was so unprofessional on every level and I will not go back there or recommend them to anyone.  They are the worst ever and I have never been treated so badly, just low low downed!!

I got the lemonade braids and I have very strong natural hair. Well as I was taking my hair out my hairline was pushed back and my thick edges were thinning and pulled out !!!! Never ever will I go back here I'm highly upset
